Both my daughter and I watched THE wedding this AM.

There was no way I (or she) could stay up all night, so we recorded it.

My little princess was so excited to see a real live princess get married. She (my princess) woke up early, got her fancy clothes and jewelry on. Did her make up and hair and was ready to watch.

Me….I just watched in my PJs.

We both agreed that it was the most beautiful, classy weddings ever. Both Princess’ looked incredible.

On to the rules……

Now I have to share 7 things about muah……..

1. My idea of a perfect day is hermit-ing at the house (staying home). BBQ, booze..I mean ice tea and water, pool, and good TV is all I need. I am a simple girl.
2. I love to watch hockey and MMA. Thats it….I get WAY to board with other sports.
3. I absolutely HATE to work out. I come up with every excuse imaginable to not work out….unless it is boxing. I love to box. (wow 2 and 3 make me sound violent)
4. My husband and I met on a blind date (I tried to back out of it…long story), got engaged 1 month later and got married 6 moths later…..and are still together (9 years)
5. I would love a basset hound puppy, and am working on the hubby everyday for one. If anyone wants to send me one I wont be mad. I would name him Frank or Charlie.
6. I am a clean freak!!! If you come to my house, you will most likely find me following behind you cleaning. I am so Monica from Friends (with the vacuum cleaner for the vacuum cleaner). Drives my family crazy
7. I have the best Mom and sister out there! The three of us have been thru a lot together. Love you guys.
8. Since 7 was more of a shout out, Ill give you one more. I hate to shop but love new things. I hate crowds and on-line shopping makes me tired.

I’m am so excited to announce (drum roll please)…..that I have not killed anything in my garden (yet ).

It is still early but everything looks alive and well.

As earlier stated the king was gone this past weekend.

It was also gloomy and rainy.

So after having successfully not killed each other during Game Day, the next day I got a private concert.

How do you roll on a gloomy day?

With the ‘king’ (his self appointed title) gone this past weekend on a business trip, we were all alone.

What are we to do?????

It was windy and a bit cold here; so we didn’t want to go out side.

So we broke into the dusty old game closet.

We had our referee on hand, as things can get pretty……voice-truss

Things got a bit frustrating when both kids wanted to win.

You cant tell but he won.

Life is so hard when you win

Today my day consisted of SCRUBBING my kitchen.

Cleaning cabinets (inside and out). Cleaning dishes of all kinds (some I didn’t know I had)

Shoot I even cleaned under the fridge and dishwasher. It was scary.

I know you are jealous, so I left the rest of my house just for you

So I am going to try something new here. I am going to try to post something twice a day!!! (holy cow what am I getting into?)

First post will be about food (one of my first loves) and the other will be about my random thoughts (which there are many of) and ramblings.

This first rambling is about our third child…… (an possibly my favorite since he doesn’t talk back)

No Im not prego (wishful thinking. don’t tell the hubby that though )

But about our four legged child……. Chuck.

He came into our family a little over 2 years ago. (I can not seem to find any puppy pictures )

The kids and I were out carving our pumpkins (yes, it was in October) in our front court yard and this little furry creatures came running up.

On Patrol

Ok, let me insert a bit of background on our house here…..We live in Tucson on 4 acres, with desert all around. When furry little creatures come running at you, you run the other way.

‘Working on our fitness’

I had no idea that my hubby finally came home from “running errands”. My then 5 year old son of course went running toward the creature and I swooped up my 2 year old and began to scream at my son, “What are you doing? Get away from that!”

Now this all happened in a matter of seconds. Just don’t want you to think I am crazy…..I am but all that comes later.

Surprise it was Chuck. By now I have calmed down and I let the kids and puppy mingle. I go over and ask my husband, What…..Why? He said…..and this is pretty much a quote “You said you wanted another baby so I got you this instead. Now we don’t need another baby.”

Ha ha ha, the thought process of men…..or at least my man.

Well honey…..I want another baby!!! Now what????

So if I get the option of another puppy what kind should we get? That is the question I pose to you all.

Doing what he does best

I am soooooo proud of my self.

All by my self I…the super technically challenged, fixed my high-zut washer. I took the thing apart and actually fixed it!!!!

Usually when I take things apart it is never good. There are extra parts (they really weren’t needed ) and what ever I took apart is beyond repair after.

By this time I did it…..yea me!!!!!

And just in time. The familia was running out of clean underwear clothes (this is one of 4 piles)

So I deserve one of these. (please ignore their smashed-ness)

I made these (very quick) yesterday for my sons boy scouts. There were trying to earn their foreign language badge/patch. He taught them how to say a few words in Italian, so…..we made Italian cookie flags for snack.

Anyways, enough of my rambling. I am going to sit back eat about a dozen a few cookies and watch Tangled with my kidos.
